As part of our service promise, we will develop a personalised service plan tailored specifically to your business and insurance needs. This plan will enable you to clearly identify any issues, monitor progress, and measure our performance over time. It will reflect your unique requirements, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout our partnership. While each service plan is bespoke, it will include, as a minimum, the following core elements designed to support your ongoing protection and peace of mind. Our goal is to deliver consistent, high-quality service that adds real value to your insurance experience.
We will undertake to:
- a) Attend a post appointment meeting to discuss all technical issues arising out of the new business exercise
- b) Give a prompt response to all correspondence received
- c) Provide advice on: i) All potential claims ii) All technical issues iii) New trading activities iv) Risk management
- d) Ensure that the smooth transfer of business from your previous advisers. We operate a “no go back philosophy” and will deal with all issues relating to your insurance requirements irrespective of when claims or queries have arisen.
- e) Conduct a detailed review of your policies and cover, claims, and future insurance requirements.
- f) Offer a mid term review meeting to ensure that throughout the year the performance criteria detailed in your service plan are being met to your satisfaction and that the policies arranged continue to meet with your requirements.
